Cost of Shipping

Shipping is based on the number of products and the size of the products you purchase. You will see the shipping prices during the check out process before placing your order.
FREE SHIPPING:  Free Shipping is avaialble for only certain products.  At the time of writing this, the Hunter Shoes products have free shipping applied to them.  The owners of the website may change this at any time..

Delivery Times

Goods are only delivered during office hours on working days. Please make sure you are available in person to accept the goods as you may be asked to produce your ID or the credit card used in the purchase. Should someone else be accepting the order the courier may require their details so please inform us or else you may not receive your goods in a timely manner.

Returns

Should an item not meet with your satisfaction for whatever reason you may return the goods to "Beautique.co.za" within seven days of receipt. You will then get a full refund less all direct costs incurred by "Beautique.co.za" associated with the order such as actual delivery costs as well as a 15% restocking fee. The goods must be returned with all packaging, documentation and be undamaged in any way. A written reason for the cancellation must accompany the returned goods.
